We have a massive yield curve inversion, the fed has stopped raising rates and we have a phantom recession right now.

Tech is a bubble which is poised to pop any month. Just like 2000, the NASDAQ won't recover until 16 years pass. If you 10x leverage, you will loose all of your money.

Instead, I am holding long term bonds, and will sell them once the fed cuts rates, then I will 3x leverage short NYFANG until the rates are 0, then I will get into Gold, Oil and maybe short long term bonds.
