I don't want to speak for anyone but myself, but there's been a lot of information distributed by banks and the federal reserve indicating that even wholesale adoption of iso20022 and anything to do with even fednow is charted way out to 2027, nevermind any large-scale adaptation of Ripple Labs tech. That goes back at least 2 years in these threads, so why would anyone who doesn't have their head in the clouds think it would be any different? XRP only just settled with the sec several weeks ago, this shit is going to take years and years if it does anything at all, and anyone who's not a complete idiot knows that.
