i know this poor guy in usa with no hope. Maybe i might offer him to collect rent and live there free too bad hes not good at english if he was he could find a nice girl there. My plan is to sell that town center home its worth about 5K usd. she is not land owner only the home shes owner so when she leaves to USA she will lose that home. so we will buy this beach home and make a second level with the money we get from the other home that will rent maybe for 2 years while i get moeny for her to come to USA then sell it use the money to repair and make a second level to the beach home. rent the top part and the botton have a person of trust to live for free and collect rent from the top part renter. The reason why to invest more in beach home is if she brings the money to USA she will be citizen and be tax for the money. so better just invested in philipines then be tax if she puts it in bank in USA. cuz money can get stolen or lost traveling a home is harder to steal.
