Metamask is probably going to drop their own token, if projects do airdrops they're most of the time rewarding active users. To participate simply use the integrated swap function in ur wallet, do a few swaps on multiple wallets or diffrent seeds and wait/hope for a potential airdrop.

eth proof of work is a fork of ethereum, they copied ur entire balance including ur tokens. ethw has a few dex's, you can use uniwswap or lfgswap and swap for eth. Mexc is an asian centralized exchange i've used myself, you can sell ur ethw-eth over there for eth or usdt. had no problems at all, they're fast. it could pump in the bullrun and your copy will always stay over there so pay attention or baghold.

ethereumfair is the same, but with much less liquidity. it's a waste of time but maybe worth something in the future.

since optimism i'm not so sure about layer2 airdrops anymore, i've used optimism before and received nothing, anyways it's something you should check out. Bridge eth to their layer and play on the testnet, use their dex and do some swaps like the degenerate nigger you are. all these projects care about is activity, so pretend you're doing something, like a politician.
