Isn't it cool how you have to pay 15% of your income each year for social security taxes? Wouldn't it be cooler if you just didn't?

Here's what I'm thinking: social security is too popular. Young people need to learn it's a ponzi scheme. What do you guys think about pretending to be pro-social security on social media, dropping arguments like this:

>We need social security tax because otherwise young people would spend that money on avocado toast instead of saving for retirement. They are literally too stupid to save on their own, so yes, the government needs to take that money and force them to save.

>The reason we didn't need social security back before the 1930s was because that generation had the wisdom and foresight to save. Nowadays, young people spend all their money on OnlyFans, Starbucks, and video games. It is extremely important that the government withholds that 15% social security tax from their paycheck before they spend it on all that worthless stuff - because you know they would. All of them too braindead to save for themselves nowadays.

Imagine, that type of argument is literally designed to make young socialist retards SEETHE. The design of the arguments leverages their hate against older generations plus stereotypes about themselves. I think we can legitimately turn them against the idea, merely for our own purposes, so we can pay less tax on our crypto gains. They are easily manipulatable.

What do you think?

I am unironically unable to fathom how Americans are so fucking bad at saving money.
A ridiculous amount of the population is receiving money semi weekly from unemployment, then add the stimulus checks.
If you are UNABLE TO PAY AT LEAST ONE MONTHS' RENT after getting all of those benefits, you are a retard and it's not the government's fault.
End of fucking thread

I honestly didn't report this year cus I have no idea where to even begin or how to report desu. Just hodling then hiring someone to do all the tax work for me. I'm assuming I'll just have to pay a 20% late fine. Worst case if IRS finds out is I would probably just get a bill in the mail ordering me to pay a certain estimate.

Yep, one of my really old college friends works for the IRS. He says it's a million times better to not report things than to report something wrong. You and 90% of everyone else that reported are gonna get audited. All you did was call to attention that you owned crypto and the government is gonna fuck you longdick-style.

The IRS just spent a lot of taxpayer dollars to crack down on crypto. When an agency uses funds their #1 objective is to show politicians that they're using it wisely.

Sorry anon.
