Depends on the stock, the risk you're willing to take, if you want to pay 10% or 30% taxes and if you have $25,000 in your brokerage account.

If you don't have $25K, you can get a PDT flag and your account is frozen for 3 months i think.

I have over $25K, so I have some stocks set up to be held in which I get dividends and also some that I skim a few times a week. That works well for me. It all depends on you
