This kill all the fud. A scammy team would not even bother with that. They wouldn't need a finance guy.
In my humble opinion they have found their way to generate regular income. I suspect that some enterprise pay them to implement chainlink for them.
How to check that info ? We need to find how much the gross profit is and to track the fund. How to do that with a company based in Cayman island...
