The BobbyDumpBot mechanism will be like a reversed moonarch. We don't want to watch big gainers causing people to FOMO into projects. We will read big dumps and also how much sell pressure there is at the moment on the token. (for example 24 hours: 100 sells, 1 hour: 5 sells , 1 min: 0 sells)
This can give some time to check the contract and the project, and allow investors to catch the bottom of a dump and possible start of a huge reversal.
