Perhaps they keep missing the 2% target because they're unable to influence inflation outside of the mindfuck channels in pic related.

OK keep an eye out for a macro general around this time.

Will just bump by saying researching this kind of shit has yugely impacted my understandings of how big money moves, and how geopolitics, and the world in general works.

Pic are their channels to affect the economy. Right now the only ones that are working are Portfolio Balancing and Signalling Effect.
>Credit
Banks are not lending because its too risky
>Exchange rate
Other countries are devaluing faster than we are
>Fiscal
They said its not gonna happen, so $0 fiscal effect.

Its probably not so much speculation as it is just "smart money" being forced out the risk curve into equities due to QE.
Its Portfolio Balance channel on the pic rel.

I think you're looking for a swing trade when macro plays usually take months to years to work out.

More on this >>22397314 its called the Portfolio Balance channel.
The Fed wants to make it dumb to park money in bonds or anything that gibs yields just for holding. They want you to consoom & zoom. Look at the other channels from pic and note that the only other one that seems to be working right now is the "signalling effect"

I am going off of the Feds actual data here:
https://www.federalreserve.gov/releases/h8/current/

And also there is a senior top jew loan officer report that comes out, I think monthly. I will check for source.

Another good source(s) I owe you are 2 studies that showed banks for years now are moving away from the net-interest profit model, and towards asset appreciation profit model. That goes right back to >>22397143 bond bull theory. Banks hold a lot of bonds on their balance sheet AND they have the power to constrict money creation (lending). They also are stacking a lot of PMs, so definitely playing both sides.
