Here's a question for the few guys here that may hold senior/lead positions. Suppose I'm an analyst at a trading firm and I'm doing quite well and I develop some profitable strategies etc... But I'm also an underpaid intern. How do I interact with my boss(es)? I'm more of an introvert and it shows, but mostly I fake being polite/shy because I don't want them to see me as a threat - someone that can take their place, since I'm pretty sure they know I'm capable of taking their job if I start being more social with the senior guys.
