Unprofitable because at the current price theres not enough silver for all the IOUs out there on commercial paper. The jweish paper ponzi scheme is coming to an end.

I fear something similar for the US. I always find canada pennies of zinc and copper too, quite infrequent but hard to call rare. Unironically it would be funny to see the US churn out coinage of value again, alongside steel pennies, 5 cent copper pennies, and 50 cent nickels with the quarter planchetd now saying $1. Then a bronze coin of tin instead of manganese brass will be the $5 coin. I wonder how it would be in value to silver then, because in terms of copper, nickel, zinc, and tin, and silver the ratios are almost 1000:10:1 or at least somewhat close.
