I, Pet Goat II is more relevant today than it's ever been. I've written my interpretation to share.

Opening scene - A sheep locked in a box surrounded by barbed wire and arena lights shining down. The sheep is in a hypnotic trance and exhibits sedated characteristics. This is your average day American and all the countries that have been exported American consumer culture over the decades. Basically the whole world because of the global dominance the US has and how much ties to it.

Reptilian puppet master - is seen with strings connecting to GWBush. There is blood and a gold ring of a dollar sign on its hands. This could be interpreted as the reptilian brain of the elite humans who have no empathy and indulge in the most horrific stuff imaginable, but I take it literally and think they are a real force that has been influencing humanity. Bush Sr was one of the leading people of the CIA and the NWO agenda, so he was probably closely tied to these draconic forces. Take this for what you will. GWB is born into this lifestyle and chosen to be a puppet leader to put on a show.

Bush dancing - I could go deep into the body language and symbolism on the background but that would take too long. The most important things to note are it starts off dark and red with a frown on his face. This generation of politicians were the first kids born into the satanic ritual abuse that our politicians regularly partake in. The facts of the matter are 1. pedophile rings are real and widespread 2. satanism is a real practice and widespread. When the classroom fades in GWB is trying to hypnotize the audience and do the dance he was taught. He encounters some problems that require introspection, does some black magic rituals and he goes crazy and lashes out.
