I don't know about that project, haven't heard of it. I know there are others working on oracles, but none are as far along as Chainlink. The acquisition of Town Crier & successfully passing 3 security audits recently gives Chainlink the added security cred to get the attention of big banks & finance, hence the SWIFT partnership and others coming.
