I too find it difficult to choose between Suzuha and Kurisu. Granted, from Okabe's perspective I'd never choose Suzuha. However, from the perspective of that noble mad scientist, the only real option is to become an enemy of the world and go down the harem route with all the lab girls (including lab girl [male]).
