if you want your people at large to be more wealthy, you enable business to operate with as few restrictions as possible
one way to do this is through not forcing people to get exorbitant loans to begin operations; paying employees a $15.00/hr minimum wage would pretty much guarantee that only the biggest of big businesses would be able to operate
no matter how "good" your stock market looks and how big the giant companies get in these circumstances, your economy would pretty much be in the hands of a circle of buddies
you're literally advocating for the pushing of the status quo
like, where is john doe down the road gonna get that kind of money to pay their employees from, other than either a government fund (in which money is collected from the taxpayer, goes to a group of >>10506308 boomer bureaucrats to take their cut from, and then goes to the business; excellent economy), a bank, or a lottery
by making your dollar unusable for transactions between private individuals, unsurprisingly, you're disincentivizing people's use of it
