I read this as the "suspense/trials overcome" to refer to the bank insolvency crisis we just had.
I am not sure how to interpret the Ten of Swords, whether it's referring to the crisis itself, and that an abundance (price gains or bailouts) on the bank stocks will reveal hidden dangers (to the economy), or if it indicates an an increase of pain and losses from hidden economic dangers.
Either way, I'd probably be cautious, even as the recovery happens. Make some plays but don't overdo it.
