Just need to cash out enough to pay off a house in full, keep the rest in my link node for passive income. Living in the greek islands or Italin coast would be sick. When my stack gets monstruous start diversifying into stocks, bonds, precious metals, BTC, XMR, more real estate.
Ideally I'd have 2m in stocks for safe withdrawal rate of 4% after tax giving 80k a year.
Maybe another account for more risky investments but always keep the core account safe. Really I just want freedom from defacto slavery.
