I had an idea that I have been working on:
Dogeland

By following what Sealand, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Principality_of_Sealand, did I want to buy an old expired oil drilling platform and putting it in international waters. Dogecoin would obviously be the accepted currency. And since it is an island city-state just like Venice was it is only fit the lead would be a Doge.
