think about it - how many "normal" people would know that there was an auction today for 20 year treasury bonds?

you can't have treasury auctions making front page news - do you get what I'm saying? a treasury auction should be a super boring thing that nobody is interested in - the fact that it is front page news means that they have to intervene; that's what happened here
