Options should be part of your portfolio but not all of it as well.. set an options budget/start small just incase a nuke goes off in tel aviv or something. But maybe 10-20% of your portfolio once you are good at it. Doing them on directional trades on etfs is incredibly easy and much safer than picking a single ticker

Only 22% of my portfolio is in options and the shortest dated one I have is 12/2. I mostly swing ETFs, already posted my 3 month and I consistently win. Stay mad baggie
