Feels so hopeless and desperate that I'm thinking about buying lottery tickets again...

What I hate the most about being a poor is that I can't help anyone, not even myself, I can't repay kindness or treat people I like to a good time or anything.

I remember saying to myself in 2014 that I should buy 10 Million Doge so if it ever went to 10 cents I'd be a millionaire. Of course I never did, never expected Dogecoin of all things to be in the top 10 in the year 2023.... Doge was an example of a crypto you shouldn't buy....I proceeded to buy more Litecoin. Could have bought XRP too for next to nothing...but that was the centralized banker coin, stay away right? Decentralization guiseeee.

Fuck this cursed fate. Who could have ever fucking predicted that the richest man on Earth would be shilling doge coin not even 10 years later and XRP would be embraced.

So I was the guy trying to trade my way to 5 BTC, I was 4+ BTC and getting close, but I shorted this rally several times over and am down to 3 BTC.

Should I keep trying to trade? Or should I just take this 3 BTC and go into cold storage and just be content with 3 BTC?
