I haven't completely watched that video. I opened it to laugh at the guy and he seemed way more reasonable than I expected. He starts saying, don't know what I'm talking about, go search here or here or here. I think that's a decent start.

You don't need to be a daytrader. My advice: Do very simple shit on long timeframes. Train yourself to wait and do nothing, learn to control yourself. Fix how much you're willing to win/lose on each trade. Then come up with your own way to do things. Don't start unless you think you would be able to enjoy it doing it for no reward at all.
