Vaguely, I can't recall if there was actually a mockup or if it was just discussed. I remember saying something about it on the sub a couple years ago. I'm still trying to find the talk Brendan gave where he referenced BAT as a missing layer of the original OSI model which Marc Andreesen proposed. If anything you should have mentioned bizdev issue of Brave/BAT, but I doubt that you've actually had any experience working for a major firm to know any better. So tell me why a paradigm shifting suite like Brave and BAT aren't primed for mass adoption given the various pain points associated with google and Facebook's harvesting of user data, especially now that the public have been made acutely aware of how they are bought and sold like cattle to big data entities.
