OK to be fair, the 8x heads were an older monoclonal antibody test, which was a test where they injected genetically altered white blood cells into people. The Pfizer vaccine edits the DNA of exists cells, the cause of the 8x heads was the genetic modification, it doesn't seem so important to me that the modification was done outside of the patients body and not inside of it.

The Moderna vaccine uses mRNA to create monoclonal antibodies from host cells. So it is really the question of gene altering drugs in humans and not specifically the method of doing it.
