So they use the weasel words "a portion of" which to me suggests it's not most, but some is better than none. If things go that way vis-a-vis $3k/oz silver and not much coming out of the ground leading to a rush towards recycling/reclaiming... Scottsdale will have the infrastructure and processes in place, putting them in a pretty good position. IMO.
