I wagecuck in retail and got promoted to manager. Our franchisee is a notorious kike (we were the only location not to get Christmas bonuses, he also pays less than other franchises in the city) but I still need a raise. I currently make $14 an hour, I’ve been there a year and a half, and the company average for a manager is $20. I also know more than most other managers bc I’ve worked in more departments than them. Is it weird to request a $6 raise from some jew manlet? Anyone got experience with this shit?
