However, the FEDs will just keep printing money, and the unproductive will use the handouts to COOMSOOME leading to economical growth on paper. (Basically, the Government spending through proxy of its citizens on consumer goods.)

This has already been partially implmented on purpose or by consequence in countries like the UK (Working tax credit). If you earn too little an amount, the Government will pay the shortfall to ensure your "standard of living" is high. Which basically encourages consumer spending on the back of public debt expansion.

This should not be a surprise, many jobs wagies get, especially those jobs in 2020s have little economic output on GDP and provide purely money for the individual to co-exist whilst being a tax burden (tax relief, they make too little)

The same has happened across the USA, but it all dependant on States so I'm not writing a Reddit essay on that.
