Selling most of my Monero's unknown amount one month ago for Bitcoin was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I still keep some for paying things and love the tech and love monero-chan but I've finally realized XMR is not a good investment.

For starters, this glows to shit, kys.

Now, to address the technical feasibility of this purely hypothetical illegal activity, smart contracts are a bad idea because they open you up to a massive amount of attack surface. You're going to now have to make sure that whoever stabs Fauci is practicing good operational security (despite almost certainly knowing he's gonna get arrested), that the chain hosting your NFT has good privacy guarantees (LOL) that the Kleros jurors are impartial (good fucking luck) and that no one is fucking with the oracle network, which currently has trouble keeping track of the official TIME, a thing that any computer has been able to instantly know since 1985.

The idea works fine on paper, yes. But in order to work, each step adds complexity, opportunities for fraud, and a giant public paper trail that can get everyone involved thrown in jail. You're much better off just setting up a public wallet with visible view key as a crowdfund pot and manually sending the money to whoever offers proof that he did the deed. Yes, people will have to trust you more than they would your weird Kleros solution, but it also cuts out, like 90% of your attack surface.

>and most importantly, how can we profit from this?
This is why it's not going to work, too; when you're trying to enable assassinations, your first thought should not be "how can I extract money from this process as a middleman"?
