Gold 20 francs are good, but the south african 2 rand coins might have less premiums (calculate it and see).

Gold and silver go well together, that's why I have both. The gold is more stable and thus easier to liquidate at any time. The silver is more volatile but has more potential. And since they don't always dip at the same time, I just buy whatever is on sale.

Ok but that won't get you much silver, maybe a couple tubes of 25 coins and some change. But if you can get the gold at a good price, then go for it.
