I have around 800k, my goal is to have over 1 million after taxes, plus around 150k in other stuff while having so I still have a ways to go. How realistic is getting 2.5-5% APY to live off of after getting said million dollars in a relatively stress free manner? I kind of just want to passively collect 25-50k a year to live off of and forget about it? Assuming I even make it of course.

1 million after taxes to go into lower risk accounts
50k+ in crypto investments (I plan on holding at least one bitcoin regardless, if not more depending on the situation, should I end up in a positive one)
50k in a house down payment, maybe more maybe less depending on what I get, but I dont plan on getting anything too pricy.
25k-50k in fiat just in case depending on expenses, likely only 25k.

But not to veer too much off course, how stressful would making these investments to hit the 2.5-5% APY be? How tough? etc.

I want to sell at some point on my own account

Can he xfer the GRT to my account, and can I still sell that GRT without verification?

Will the money just be stored on my coinbase account until i can skim it off at that point
