Pajeet FUD of SegWit appears to be completely false. As i learned today all segwit transactions include the witness which includes the signatures.

Also I learned that over 95% of the total nodes are SegWit capable. Basically a SegWit node will confirm validity of the transaction as same as the previous Bitcoin.

Any individual can confirm any transaction even if it is invalid until the end of the fucking universe but unless the real legit Bitcoin users don't, he will be only wasting the hash power on nothing.
