I would say invest in real estate, if you can buy a house and rent it out. I don’t have enough equity yet to get my own house. I decided to invest in agencies who give mortgage loans, foreclose homes, or rent property out. Most of these companies are at a 5yr low because the whole virus and government preventing foreclosure due to virus job loss. Banks as well are low, you may have noticed JP Morgan bounced back easily other banks have not been so quick and are still low.

also check monthly rsi - price goes any higher and there will be bearish div
