If I am a nerd with a non CS STEM degree, how impressive do I need to be to get a well paying programming job? I currently have a bullshit job, which I thought would look good, but I don't have an extroverted normie personality to match it.

How is it possible to cope with a 9-5 job? I am so lucky right now to have a job that requires almost no work. But you can't work 9-5, commute, exercise everyday, do all your chores, read books, browse 4chan AND do anything meaningful with your life
