So, more and more people get that toy, and it becomes super popular. But if people start to feel not so sure about the toy, they might give it to someone else. Then, that toy isn't as popular anymore. The stock market works kinda like that. People decide which companies they like, and if many people like one, its "toy" (stock) becomes more valuable. But if people change their minds, the "toy" isn't as wanted. So, it's like a big group of friends deciding which toys are the coolest, and that decides how the game goes.
