I've had casual sex, I have drank heavily, I have smoked weed, and done shrooms and a few other drugs. None of it (aside from possibly my first few shroom trips) has made any improvement on my life at all. I am farther behind the game because I focused my attention on chasing the dragon of hedonism rather than focusing on the important things harder. I practiced moderation in all things, but ended up with as much moderation in my progress in life as with my vices.
