The first advice I would offer is to shave your head and see how it looks. If you don't look good that way, do photoshop and try to see how you might plausibly look good. Then get plastic surgery (nose job, whatever) you need to look decent while bald. If you can look good with no hair, you buy yourself a lifetime of freedom and look better every year (as more of your peers bald and it looks less weird to be bald at your age). If you chase with pills and HTs you will waste years with insecurity as you look worse every passing year.


2nd advice: use Dermatch concealer. Unlike dry concealers, it doesn't even come off in the pool and can buy you some years of freedom
