i live in new york where there are like 5 different kava bars that sell kratom, so i've tried nearly every strain. I like to take green in the morning before work and red at night a couple of hours before bed.

i wish more people would take it. it's better than coffee for concentration but it makes you mellow unlike coffee that makes you a nervous wreck. i'm a programmer and i can work literally wake up until sleepy time if i drink a lil kratom every few hours.
