Some probably do, but there's a lot of folks that are really going at it, one 1Oz coin at a time. And those that could afford some gold but go for the tube do so, because more stuff = more better. Just look at that pic! Both coins are worth the same (+the bar, if you're in VATland), but the silver is just so much more stuff, so while

Probably, which is why I also got some good amount of silver, even with VAT, but it's a high risk play. For how many years are we at >two more weeks! now?
