low rate environment, pending defaults and bankruptcies, general fear (esp for WFC because people slam on them for lower revenues - their big saving grace imo). They will be a safer play than many due to regulation compliance, but they are kinda /biz/ tier and find ways to fuck up that no one would have thought of, according to others. you can cost average it, i don't hate the price, but I also think you're going to be playing a long game. Take your grand GRAND old time on WFC. just my two cents, i could be wrong.
