They don't need to. if they manage to obtain data from just one exchange and you have lets say, 20 BTC and it doesn't add up from the data in their system, i.e. not from income or cap gains etc they will investigate you simple as that.
If you only traded on dexes you might be alright. But right now even Binance is becoming more regulated (they need fiat on ramps) which means they have to cooperate with EU money laundering regs, which means HMRC will get your data eventually if you have ever traded on binance.

i been abusing it nearly daily for 6 years with 200-400mg

I trade using my own combination of indicators, I’m fairly new. This question has been in my mind for quite some time and I’m curious to see what others traders would say.

Here’s the scenario: I’m shorting 25x on the 4H Chart, I get my sell signal on the 4H.. all looks beautiful.

Then, I switch over to the 1H chart and notice a buy signal. The MACD crosses on the 1H chart but is clearly headed downward on the 4H chart.

Which chart do I trust?

Will the buy signal on the hourly end up liquidating and overtaking my pos on the 4H? Hindsight is always 20/20 and the 4H seems to be correct 99% of the time. I’m just curious what you guys think
