I think I have a photo or two of this gold under the microscope, let me have a look. We know which microbes are doing it, the issue is there the type of extremophile that doesnt do much for 50 thousand years. One other interesting new field of mineral exploration involves taking assay samples from plants such as "horse tails" or pine / spruce trees. These plants bio accumulate PMs at a specific rate that can be used to hone in on deeply buried mineral deposits under overburden which would hide them normally.

I think Strikepoint Resources will be a serious up and comer soon. They hold a high value past producing Porter Idaho silver lead zinc mine from the 1920s in the Golden triangle right outside of Stewart BC. Drilling on their property will likely be amazing but I would still be cautious until we actually see results. Geo buddy of mine showed me some photos of slab samples from surface showings near the old mine and it was solid Argentite so they cant be far from something great.

I have a massive collection of research on hard drives and on cloud that I keep for working in the field, I saw most of the juniors and bigger companies get hammered, but thats not due to them, thats the market being fucked with.
