>the current block fees are like 70 cents its ridiculous.
>if the average block size goes up 1000x it would still be less profitable to mine BSV

I don't think so. Little over a million transactions in a block rewards 1 BSV. The goal is to eventually get to tens if not hundreds of millions and then eventually billions of transactions in a block.

Same, I'm 3x as well. Bought around $55. Anyway, you didn't buy link because the premise of link is a fucking lie. First of all Bitcoin created a system in which you own your own data. You can then publish that data yourself to the blockchian and people can pay you Bitcoin to use that data. Link is literally not needed in anyway shape or form. Even if Link's solution was needed the need to use a token is not. Same goes for basically ALL tokens on ETH and especially the defi ponzis going now.

>Meanwhile BitCoin had over 1 million transactions in 1 block

Thing of beauty, ain't it? The best part is this is going to be peanuts compared to the blocks we'll have a year from now.

Bitcoin can work just fine without block subsidy.

>not even one GB size block
>almost an entire Bitcoin in fees

Scaling and sustained mining works just fine if you use the system Satoshi created. Remember we are over FIVE YEARS behind in this technology because of the restrictions Blockstream and others implemented into Bitcoin.

Yes, but probably not for a long time. We've only just begun to test these waters. In a year this will be considered a small block.

The confirmation time doesn't really matter on Bitcoin because of zero-confirmation/first seen rule. Stop using Segshit.

This. BTC is ONLY for settlements because Blockstream removed all capability for it to do payments, which is why it requires shoddy banking applications like Lightning. It's a bold play and seems to really only benefit payment processors and bankers. I can't think of a singular reason why individuals and businesses would be attracted to such a sham.

Bitcoin on the other hand has instant payments and 1/10 of a cent transactions. No abortion payment networks like Lightning required. It's pretty fantastic desu senpai.

1.3 million transactions
Nearly a whole Bitcoin in fees.
Only 370 MB

Boys we haven't even done GB blocks yet and getting full Bitcoin rewards. At this pace we'll see tens of Bitcoin in fees within a year or two with tens of millions of transactions per block.
