Could you explain to me why the DTCC committed international securities fraud by mishandling a share-dividend as a split? This is evidence that there is a systemic-naked-short position opened on GME does it not?

Finra is complicit in the fraud as well as the SEC and DTCC. It means nothing in the face of legal and lawful M&A activity putting a strain on the BROKERS liabilities.
There is nothing they can do if even a single penny is returned to the shareholders, that will be in direct proportion to the naked short. If a sunstantial sum is awarded then the shorts will be on the hook for all of it and may very well margin call any retail shorts to pass off the cost as is custom for a brokers' business model.
You're fucked. Not technicality, no amount of whining and crying is going to save you. If you naked shorted BBBY you may as well have jumped off of a bridge. You just haven't hit the ground yet.
