You would need a license to sell it to a refinery.

easier said then done
The refiners need your dox so you would need to report everything
Also theres a bunch of laws which pawn shops deal with, you could be held liable if you buy stolen jewelry from a crackhead at a steep discount etc.


Im personally learning to make jewelry, theres a good margin in manufacturing in demand jewelry such as cuban chains where you can get 30-50% over spot price for, and adding diamonds and selling it to niggas.
I resized this ring and im about to try to make a 14k bracelet from scratch. Already made a bunch of silver stuff to practice
