Over the last month or so I’ve been able to find very low premium bullion at coin shows, I got a 10g pamp bar for $655 (in assay, spot was at $2030), and a few days ago picked up a 1/4 ozt krug and a 1/4 ozt brittania for $510 each (at $2015 spot).

Dealer had the coins priced at $540, I asked him if the price on the krugs were “current” and he said he could do $510. Lots of these smaller dealers need capital, people in this economy aren’t buying as much PM’s and as long as you’re respectful/not aggressive when you haggle you’ll find some great deals really close to spot price.

And yeah, everything was above board and legit. Coin shows are like gun shows 15 years ago, deals abound.
