It's not a different blockchain, it's a layer 2 solution that can run on any blockchain.
And right now it runs on top of Ethereum and Binance Chain.
If you build a dex on a sidechain on top of ethereum you can trade any erc20 tokens on that chain.
And you call yourself an " Intellegent investor" ?
