Evening all!
Quick question, but have we ever discussed any sites or groups that do recreations or copies of "treasure" found in hoards, like say Sutton Hoo or similar finds? I just saw a really interesting vid on a chest of viking age silver discovered in 2020 by some detectorists in Yorkshire, in it was a set of silver chains that were utterly incredible, I am wondering if anyone makes modern reproductions of this sort of stuff. The ancients really knew how to make simple items look stunning.
