I was in a car accident last year going into my 3rd year of college. I had to take a year off to recover and became disabled in some respects. For example, its difficult for me to use executive functioning, like keeping appointments, making phone calls, alot of anxiety etc. I havent gotten back to school yet due to medical care. Now the student loan company is asking me for monthly fees. I was a finance and accounting major if you're wondering. Btw im 100k in debt.

Am I certifiably fucked or is there any way I can get accommodations? All i feel is numbness. My mind is dissociating from reality.
