I'm jobless. Job market is shitty, because I don't have experience employers ask for, so I have problem finding job. Somewhere I've read that an future employee should call company they are interested in and try to setup an interview with the employer, asking them about the company's business and whatnot. Is this smart idea? What should I ask? Any company owners here, how would you react if a pleb asked for your time to explain him things? Would you be interested in them if they have remotely proper skillet and bit more of enthusiasm?
