Mass adaptation will never happen coz of price instability

Its decentralized so price stability is impossible

Bitcoin is a form of lottery and the smartest of us know this already. They're called market owners.

Sure, BTC has value. In the same way a valid lottery ticket has value. Someone will want it.
The jackpot is the current price of BTC. The price of BTC reflects what the people want it to be tomorrow - not what it really is today. Was BTC ever really worth 20k? No, not really. We simply wished it there, and those few lucky gamblers who sold at that time were the only winners who made it possible for them. Everyone else just bought a ticket and a dream.

I know a guy who spent his student loan on BTC at 15k and called it an investment.

You think you're the one getting rich when you buy BTC, but it's more likely everyone else. Remember when they told you to buy at 17k? They got rich, you got screwed.

That's why they want you to buy that shit, and use psychological warfare like "stay poor then" which gives you pressure to buy.

>thinks everyone will adopt Bitcoin in the future

Never going to happen.

Even if Bitcoin proved to be useful in the future (which it currently isn't), people who refuse to buy it today will refuse to buy it tomorrow. Out of spite and bitterness. They will feel left out and jealous of early adopters and will not just admit defeat and pay 1 million per BTC. This will never happen because of human nature.

I dare say we have already seen the mass adoption.

Honestly last week showed us that nothing protects crypto from insane crashes. Nothing. When the panic sets in, even BTC enthusiasts sell their coins and lose faith.

If cryptos crashed completely, would you really be surprised?
No. You'd just realize that they were built on nothing.

BTC is shit, and a bubble that will burst. To you it seems like the money of the future because you're emotionally invested in it.

I've never believed in BTC, and no, I'm not a nocoiner. Been holding this turd since 2013. Blaming people of noicoining is literally the only argument for BTC and that should tell you all about it.

The tech itself is shit.
>insane transfer costs, slow as fuck
>greedy miners won't even touch your transaction unless you pay them 50 bucks
>"be your own bank", except that you're depending on greedy markets that make all the money
>dev team is autistic and can't agree on anything: even important safety updates cause a riot and yet another hard fork
>over 30% of all BTC is lost forever because transactions are irreversible. how great it is to have less functions than Visa
>volatility. -60% in a day, need I say more?
